What We Do
Coastal Compass is a New Zealand wellbeing practice offering confidential counselling, workplace Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), team sessions and external supervision. We help individuals, families and workplaces across the North and South Island move toward healing, resilience and growth, one honest conversation at a time.
Our work is built on a simple belief: a good conversation can change a life. So we keep things human, warm and unhurried. There are no cold intake forms or stiff formalities, just real conversations with people who genuinely care. Support can happen in person, by phone or by video, shaped around your life rather than a textbook.
For employers, we offer monthly workplace wellbeing packages that bring manager guidance, employee counselling and practical wellbeing support into one coordinated service. We walk beside leaders and teams so that when work gets heavy, no one has to carry it alone.
Who It's For
We walk beside individuals and families seeking confidential support, and alongside employers who want genuine, relational wellbeing care for their people. Whether you're navigating a hard season, leading a team through change, or working in community health and needing your own supervision, there's a place for you here.
Who Builds It
Coastal Compass Ltd is led by Meranda Parkin, a New Zealand wellbeing practitioner working across Aotearoa. The practice is built on professional and ethical foundations, with confidentiality at its core, and a commitment to care that feels less like a service and more like being met.
The first step is the smallest one. Reach out and we'll meet you there, gently.
