Workplace wellbeing programme
Practical employee support that's simple to manage and private to access
Employees can use the Coastal Compass app to access wellbeing resources, surveys and questionnaires and request support confidentially. Your organisation chooses the level of funded professional support available. The platform tracks usage, and if additional funded support is needed, Coastal Compass can manage the approval process without identifying the employee to their employer.
Workplace plans from $44/month. Professional services are used as needed.

- Up to 10 minutes of brief manager guidance each month
- Referral and booking coordination
- Appropriate activity summaries, subject to employee privacy
Anchor
Regular supportFor employers wanting scheduled contact, practical manager guidance and ongoing workplace engagement.
Includes
- A monthly manager check-in within a total allowance of 30 minutes of manager support each month
- Two scheduled 45-minute workplace visits each year
- Access to workplace wellbeing resources
- Referral and booking coordination
- Appropriate activity summaries, subject to employee privacy
Harbour Custom
Tailored supportA more involved arrangement for employers wanting regular workplace contact and a structured approach to wellbeing.
Includes
- A named Coastal Compass contact
- Up to 60 minutes of manager support each month
- Quarterly scheduled workplace visits
- An agreed workplace wellbeing action plan
- Access to wellbeing resources
- Referral coordination and appropriate activity summaries

Support following a distressing workplace event, with availability, timing and scope confirmed for each request.
Workplace Change & Meeting Support
Support through workplace change, redundancy or departure, and attendance at agreed workplace meetings with clear roles and boundaries.
External Professional Supervision
Structured supervision for practitioners, subject to suitability and availability.
Find the Right Support
Smaller organisations can choose a higher package for additional support. Package allowances, visit arrangements and any travel charges are confirmed in your agreement.
Counselling, workshops and specialist services are arranged separately unless expressly included. Employer reporting excludes counselling notes and identifying employee details.
