One-On-One Staff Support Confidential sessions

Sometimes having a private space to talk can make all the difference. Our one-on-one sessions allow employees to discuss challenges, set goals, or explore strategies to improve wellbeing and work-life balance. These confidential sessions are guided by understanding, empathy, and practical solutions.

Phone-only services Our phone-only wellness support

When distance or timing makes in-person meetings difficult, our team is available for confidential phone support. This option offers quick access to check-ins, follow-ups, or brief wellbeing conversations — helping staff stay connected and supported wherever they are.

On Call Crisis & Critical Incident Support

Unexpected or distressing events can deeply affect a workplace. We provide immediate, compassionate support to employees and teams following critical incidents, ensuring people feel heard, safe, and cared for as they process what’s happened and begin to recover.

Support Person for Meetings

Navigating challenging conversations or formal meetings can be stressful. Our wellness workers can act as a support person, offering reassurance, advocacy, and a calm presence to help employees communicate clearly and feel supported throughout the process.

At Coastal Compass, we’re here to walk alongside your team — creating healthier, more connected workplaces where people feel valued, understood, and supported every step of the way.
