Ongoing Wellbeing Support

Referral to Contracted Counsellors
If an employee requires deeper therapeutic support, we can facilitate a referral to our trusted network of contracted counsellors. Continued Access to Support
Employees may continue accessing support through Coastal Compass while engaging with external counselling services, ensuring they remain connected to workplace-focused wellbeing support.
